Texas Pro Lake Management is based out of Northwest Comanche County and is owned by fisheries biologist Steven Bardin. In 2009 I graduated from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, with a Bachelors in Freshwater Biology. I then completed a Masters degree in Fisheries Science from Texas A&M University. I am a member of the Texas Chapter of the American Fisheries Society, the Texas Aquatic Plant Management Society, and the Society of Lake Management Professionals.
As a fisheries biologist I strive to offer private lake owners a quality resource to help them achieve their goals. All private lakes are unique and have specific needs. Our process begins with site and fisheries assessment. From there a management plan is created to determine what improvements can be made and a timeline as to when they will be completed. We offer many pond related products and services to help complete the management requirements. Please take some time to familiarize yourself with any service or product you may be interested in. Outside of Texas Pro Lake Management I also teach two courses, Fisheries Management and Ichthyology at Tarleton State University and am President of Bass Brigade youth leadership camp.
